The theme of the workshop is the brand development of Mercato Metropolitano, supporting its export in the various markets of the Americas, Asia, Europe.

The theme is the design of a retail brand that characterize the brand, sales format, type of service, layout, visual, according with what it has already been developed and defined by the company during the first launch which will take place in Milan from next April 30, 2015.
