Federico Zasa
Project Management
Federico P. Zasa holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, where he started working at the School of Management after an experience in technology consulting. He is currently working as a doctoral student, with a thesis on the role of cognitive alignment for innovation. In addition to research activities, he combines teaching in the field of Agile and Traditional Project Management, Innovation Management and Design Management, at the MIP and other specialized Masters of the Politecnico di Milano.
His research focuses on the cognitive side of the innovation process, investigating how different ways of thinking lead a team to produce innovative outputs. He has worked and currently works on several projects on how to engage people in innovation and organizational transformation processes, as well as the development strategic product innovation, and updating the corporate vision.
