Filomena Canterino is Assistant Professor in the area of People Management and Organization at School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. She teaches Leadership & Innovation and Organizational Behavior courses at Master level. Her research activity concerns organization and leadership in the context of organizational change and in the context of innovation. In particular, she carried out action research projects with companies focusing on leadership dynamics in business transformation, employee driven innovation, and organizational and cultural transition towards the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies. She is author of several publications appearing on scientific journals and conference proceedings.
