Michele Simoni

Technology management

Michele Simoni, Ph.D., is a Full Professor of Management. He teaches Innovation and Business Design and Marketing at the School of Economics and Law of the University of Naples Parthenope, Department of Management and Quantitative Studies (DISAQ). Michele Simoni is currently the Observatory of Local Innovation Systems (SLIOB) coordinator, created in 2018 by DISAQ as part of the Department of Excellence project funded by Miur.
He is also the director of the Ph.D. program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation held jointly by Vanvitelli and Parthenope Universities in partnership with the University of Castilla la Mancha. He co-coordinates the thematic division on Marketing of Technology and Innovation of the Italian Society of Marketing (Società Italiana di Marketing – SIM).
His recent research interests are focused on complex systems, value creation, and innovation. He has published several articles in international scientific journals and books on both marketing and innovation topics. Michele Simoni is a member of the most relevant Italian and international academic societies on innovation and management.
