Caterina Tavani is a Career Coach, Trainer and HR Consultant with over 20 years of experience in multinational companies, dedicated to improve the performance of managers and organizations.

She coordinated complex research and selection projects for companies on the Italian and European territory during her over ten-year experience in one of the leading multinational human resources consulting firms. She was the General Manager of a language training company and has gained many years of experience in the design of training courses on soft skills and empowerment, team coaching, and in consulting for companies reorganization processes.

She got one of the most relevant international certifications on the neuroscience of conversations, by Judith E. Glaser in the United States. She is inspired by Otto Scharmer’s U Theory, from MIT in Boston, achieving a certification in Organizational Leadership.

Today she is Co-Founder of Transition Space – a professional network of trainers involved in projecting training courses – Project Manager and Board Member of the Franco Albini Academy and collaborates with Confindustria and various training companies in the design and management of training courses.
